Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time so that it does not renew on anniversary. But the subscription will remain live till the anniversary of the current subscription.

No, there is no refund permissible on cancellation. The only exception is while moving from a monthly to an annual subscription.

Yes, you may add extra licenses at any time, as permissible under the plan subscribed to. All new additions will be charged pro-rata and follow the same renewal schedule.
